CORPUS is a smart building. For example, the building saves energy by means of solar panels and movement sensors, it has a CHP system (for climate control) and is lit by LED lighting. Also, various networks communicate with each other through a so-called building management system to save energy.

Care for the environment is not limited to energy savings, but is a structural part of CORPUS' ambitions and policy. A concrete result of this policy is the Green Key certification of CORPUS. It is also reflected in our efforts to minimize the production of (residual) waste and we score well in the range of organic and fair trade products.
